Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases from mckiadistributors.com (the "Store"). The Store is operated by MDG MANPOWER LTD, trading as McKia ("we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17117739), registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. 1. Using the Store
By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. You must provide accurate information when placing an order and keep any account details secure.

2. Products
We aim to describe and display products accurately. Colours may appear slightly differently depending on your screen. Please check compatibility details (for example, device model or keyboard layout) before ordering. We may limit quantities or stop selling a product at any time.

3. Orders and contract
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch of your order. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a pricing error has occurred. If so, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP), or in your local currency where supported (for example South African rand for South Africa), as shown at checkout. Free delivery within the UK. For other supported destinations, delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is taken when you place your order. If a price is clearly wrong, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel.

5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave us.

6. Cancellations, returns and your rights
If you are a consumer in the UK, you have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We also offer a 30-day returns window. Full details are in our Refund Policy. We are under a legal duty to supply goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. Manufacturer warranty
Some products may also come with a manufacturer's warranty. Any manufacturer's warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights against us as the seller. If you have a problem with a product, contact us first and we will help.

8. Our liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of your statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses where you buy for business purposes.

9. Intellectual property
Content on the Store, including text, images and logos, belongs to us or our licensors. Third-party brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the products we sell.

10. Third-party services
The Store is hosted by Shopify. Payments are processed by our payment providers. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.

11. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. If such an event affects your order, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund of anything paid for goods not received.
