Shipping and delivery

Free delivery within the UK. Other supported destinations are charged once per order at the local equivalent of £6, shown at checkout. Estimated delivery: 4–11 business days from order.

McKia delivers to the destinations available at checkout: the UK, South Africa, Europe, the Gulf (including Saudi Arabia), the United States, Canada and Australia.

All processing and delivery times in this policy are estimates, not guarantees. We cannot promise a specific delivery date.

Where we dispatch from
All orders, to every destination including the UK, are dispatched from our nearest warehouse. If a product is ever available for dispatch from local stock, we will say so clearly on its product page.

Delivery charges
UK: free delivery to all UK postcodes, including the Scottish Highlands and islands, the Isles of Scilly and Northern Ireland. We do not currently deliver to the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.
Other supported destinations: charged once per order at the local equivalent of £6, whatever the number of items. The charge is shown at checkout in your checkout currency before you pay.

Currency
UK orders are charged in pounds sterling (GBP). South African orders are shown and charged in South African rand (ZAR). The currency you will be charged in is shown at checkout before you pay.

Estimated processing time
Orders are normally processed within an estimated 1–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available.

Estimated delivery time
For all supported destinations, including the UK, delivery takes an estimated 3–8 business days after dispatch. In total, allow an estimated 4–11 business days from when you place your order (1–3 business days processing plus 3–8 business days transit). Actual delivery times can vary due to customs processing, local couriers, public holidays, weather and other circumstances outside our control. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by any delay.

Duties and taxes
All orders are delivered duty paid (DDP). McKia arranges customs clearance and pays all applicable import duties and import taxes, so customers will not be required to pay additional import charges upon delivery.

Delivery charges are separate from duties and taxes. Delivery within the UK is free. For other supported destinations, the standard delivery charge shown at checkout applies once per order.

If a courier requests payment of import duties, taxes or customs clearance fees, please contact us with your order number before making payment so we can resolve the matter.

Delivery address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs correcting before dispatch.

Delays or missing orders
If your order has not arrived within 11 business days of being placed, contact us with your order number and we will help trace the shipment.
