All processing and delivery times on this page are estimates, not guarantees. We will always do our best to get your order to you promptly, but we cannot promise a specific delivery date.
Where we dispatch from
All orders, to every destination including the UK, are dispatched from our nearest warehouse. If a product is ever available for dispatch from local stock, we will say so clearly on its product page.
Delivery charges
UK: free delivery to all UK postcodes, including the Scottish Highlands and islands, the Isles of Scilly and Northern Ireland. We do not currently deliver to the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.
Other supported destinations: charged once per order at the local equivalent of £6, whatever the number of items. The charge is shown at checkout in your checkout currency before you pay. Supported destinations are South Africa, Europe, the Gulf (including Saudi Arabia), the United States, Canada and Australia.
Currency
UK prices are shown and charged in pounds sterling (GBP). In South Africa, prices, delivery charges and your total are shown and charged in South African rand (ZAR). The currency you will be charged in is shown at checkout before you pay. Other destinations may be charged in GBP or a local currency, as shown at checkout.
Estimated delivery time
- Processing: an estimated 1–3 business days before dispatch
- Transit: an estimated 3–8 business days after dispatch
- Total: an estimated 4–11 business days from when you place your order
These estimates apply to all supported destinations, including the UK. Actual delivery times can vary due to local couriers, customs processing, public holidays, weather and other circumstances outside our control.
Tracking
Where tracking is available for your delivery, we will email your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Duties and taxes
All orders are delivered duty paid (DDP). McKia arranges and pays the import duties, import taxes (such as import VAT or GST) and customs clearance for your order. You will not be asked to pay any import charges on delivery.
Delivery charges are separate from duties and taxes. UK delivery is free. For other supported destinations, the standard delivery charge shown at checkout still applies.
If a courier or customs authority ever asks you to pay an import charge on a McKia order, please contact us with your order number before paying and we will resolve it.
Delivery address
Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you need to correct it, contact us as soon as possible before dispatch.
Late or missing orders
If your order has not arrived within 11 business days of being placed, please contact us with your order number and we will help trace it. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by any delay.
