How to start a return
Email support@mckiadistributors.com with:
- your order number
- the item you want to return
- the reason for the return
If the item is damaged or faulty, please attach photos. We aim to reply within 24 hours on working days with return instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send items back before you hear from us.
